Escalated, but only because of the following:
- it was suspended prior to the zero-tolerance policy coming in to effect;
- it's coming up to Christmas;
- it's not illegal; and,
- I'm in a good mood.

To anyone else reading this thinking they might get lucky: don't take it as a procedural precedent.
