Coders I need your help

I might be able to help.
My sig is a php gd image that usses a php settings file (with a small mod, could use a MySQL database) to bring in overlays and text strings (refresh the page a few times and notice the changes in colors).
I am sure I could help code for you just let me know what you want.
Listing the inputs to the script and the desired outcome would be great (also any specifices).
Is there a user and back end system/panel in place already?
Is there any method for getting any of these settings from the users?
What languages are you using and databases ?
Give me a better idea as to what is going on with the project !

No thats what I need done, as I don't know how to code.

Oh, ok this makes sense now. So basically you want someone to put it all together for you.
I could do the following for you:
-The script that handles the image (this can be a *.php image for those that can use it or via a user panel they could switch it to be a *.jpg or *.gif)
-A Form that will gather the required info for the script, depending if you want mysql data or *.txt data it would save as required.
-I could help in the creating of the users and admin panels, but my knowledge of design is a little small. (though currently learning AJAX, i am still at the XML point)
-You would have to tell me how to word the form and what options the user would need to be presented with.
Am more than willing to help for the small price of having my name on it !
