Coders Needed | Up To 1000 Credits Initial Payment

I'm seeking developers to help code a forum script.

I am going to need to hire 3 people at the moment.
Me-I am going to manage the project overall, do a bunch of design, and maybe a little PHP (this is definitely not my most fluent language lol)
Person 1-A person fluent with PHP and hopefully other languages. 1000 credits initial payment
Person 2-Know a bunch of PHP and a lot of other language. 1000 credits initial payment.
Person 3-Must know a little bit of every language. 750 credits initial payment

I'm OK at php, so dont consider me at all. I had a question.
I was just wondering if mysql is necessary?, since you are scripting a forum..

I see your using your 20,000 well, but im sure there are plenty of forums out there.

I guess SQL would be necessary unless we can figure out how to do a flat-file one

As can I, I'm pretty fluent in moderate use of PHP, so i could work well as a number 2, and i would also love the opportunity or learn more... do you plan on sharing this forum script or just using it as your own.

I'm not too good at design (visual ) but i can put things together well, let me know.

Okay, it would be great to have both of you, I'll PM you when I get home from school. Yeah, the script is going to be public, and I plan on maybe making it a paid script someday.

Yes i would recomend Dannad500 as i have seen examples of his work and he also help me with a script for a my phpbb forum.
