I just finished my current PSD project from scratch. I was going to just start slicing the PSD up and then move the pieces around in Dreamweaver CS4, but i knew i would be wasting too much time with that. So here's the dilemma; i have a PSD file that needs to be converted into a working PHP/XHTML website with a few extras built in [i.e. Login system, a javascript or actionscript news scrolling sidebar, Advertisement image/flash rotator, etc.]. Basically what i'm asking for is a PHP and HTML coder who can take a PSD file and turn it into a fully functional website. I know im asking for a lot, and I do know the basic PHP and HTML code a little bit, so i can help to the best of my abilities as well. And if anyone knows of some great tutorials i can go through to get my website at least started i'd really appreciate it.

As a side note; i can take constructive criticism so if you think it sucks or awesome or needs something, just post it and i'll see what i can do about it. Remember i built this from scratch in one day [I'm not bragging...]
