Comment Script?

I hope im posting in the right section...
I was wondering if any of you knew of a good, simple and free script that allows users to post comments/reviews.

For example: You write a blog and down the bottom a user can write a comment once they have filled in their name (no sign up needed)

If you use a blog template the comments feature is almost always included.

You can install softwares using fantastico or softaculous in cpanel and there is also a guestbook available in the CGI Center that you could use imaginatively... All in cpanel.

Comments is not an easy solution really but the advice above makes countless hours of development easy for you to utilise.

wordpress is a good starter blogging kit, then there is drupal for the more advanced solution.
