Hi Laslo,
here are my comments
Try cutting back on width, I have to scroll to the right to see the page; this is something you don't want.
Consider a logo, it looks like light blue and grey, make it more interesting.
It is best to have 1 menu rather than two, 2 just confuses a user. Google Ads are best on the left anyway. (IMO)

your site doesnt fit well in the browser...
i think you need some sort of logo on your top of page.
you motto of web should be easily find in your presentation of web.(please put it on middle of page or elsewhere rather than at the very bottom of page) hardly noticeable
