Community builder Blog Functions?

Ok sorry for posting another question so soon but I just though of this and want to ask..

I have asked before if I could allow my sites members to have there own blogs and I was not allowed.

So I'm guessing it would be the same exact thing to enable the feature in community builder to let users have there own blogs on there profile. Rite now I have it disabled because I didnt want to get into trouble, so I can not use this rite?

And What level hosting account do i need to allow users to have there own blogs for there profile?

on a side note: I have not checked yet but do you have pay hosting? I used to use Bluehost.com for $100 a year and they were great but I dont really want to have to switch servers and I like this place.

No, unfortunately you can't. It would be similar to a blog hosting.
We do have paid plans, and this kind of scripts are allowed, so you would be able to host it in our paid servers.
