Comparison of free and premium hosting

The traffic to my sites has grown lately, and though I am currently using the Starter account, I am considering an upgrade to a Premium one.

Are there some statistics from the last number of years where I can see the difference in latency and availability between one type of hosting and the other?

There is a major improvement with our full premium services. While I am unsure which stats you are looking for the main increase is in overall shared resources along with the option for a dedicated IP address. This graph shows a basic rundown of the increase in resources.

Note that servers are hosted in the same DC as our free so the overall latency should be very similar.
