conectar aplicacion VB a mysql remoto

hola..
Soy nueva en esto, estoy realizando una app VB.net con conexion a BD de mysql. pero kiero hacerla remota, ya realize la bd aqui en x10hosting..
y le agrege usario, contraseña y host...
pero no se k ponerle en servidor, xk al momento de ejecutarla app.. no se conecta a la BD
alguien me puede ayudar???

Remote MySQL is not enabled on Free Hosting; it's something available on premium, but the current setup for free hosting means the firewall blocks any remote access attempt from outside the x10hosting network. Given that it's on the free hosting service which is prone to excessive abuse as it is, we won't change this as it'd open the server up to even more abuse than it already has to handle.
