by accident, I submitted a wrong email address whilst signing up for a free account. Now I can't access my confirmation code. Is there any way to fix this?

I will escalate this ticket up to an account manager so they can manually go into your account information and edit your email address. Meanwhile, please submit your email address to us through the ticket interface.
