confirmation for hosting my website on x10

i am going to host my website on x10 that contains mobile's content downloads. But i want to confirm that is it legal to host it here.

That might explain the suspension actually; downloads are fine but they have to actually relate to the site in question, and according to the suspension reason on you it was returning a 403 forbidden on root. Just confirmed there's no webpages on the account at all which explains why it got tagged as File Hosting, which we don't allow...

I am not getting what you are trying to tell but I would like to say that I am uploading files just for my site "mobimania.co.cc" which is hosted on x10.and I forbided my site just to prevent my contents from other users or site builders.
Pls help me to removes this suspension.
And tell me if I can host this type of website on x10.

I can't remove the suspension because File Hosting is a zero tolerance permanent suspension; as per the TOS you have to have a working site up within 1 week and you were suspended 11 days (1 week 4 days) after creation because there was no working website, and I already confirmed there isn't even a WIP site on there - it's just files.

I will escalate this up however; there's a chance the higher-ups might grant a second chance, but if they don't there is nothing we can do.
