Confirmation Problem

I have a problem to confirm my email adress. After i click on the link received by email \\\"x10Hosting client accounts need a confirmed email address.\r\n\r\nYour email address can be confirmed quickly and easily by using the following URL: and the url\\\" . After I click on that link and i click on that box confirm I get this error : \\\"The email address supplied is already in use (support).\\\"\r\nIf I must confirm a email adress, I think that should be in use , not to get this error.
