confirmation request not being sent

Hi I receive all other notifications from your website, but still no confirmation request, despite numerous requests to resend. The email address showing is correct, and as noted, works for all other notifications you send - I conclude there is a fault with confirmation sending process somewhere?

Did you check your junk? Usually it goes into junk. If not you can try again with another email.
