Conflicting message about suspension.

On two different days, when I log in I get the message that my account is active: https://x10hosting.com/portal/
"Free Web Hosting - Your account is active and ready for use."

When I go to my website (richguffanti.x10host.com) I'm told my account in suspended: http://x10hosting.com/suspended
"Account Suspended"

So I upgraded to illuminated. Still no luck.
