Resolved confused about how to access email in roundcube

I can login to my DirectAdmin/cPanel, using https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/user/email/accounts

When I click Email accounts, I have one, my Main account.

I've tried clicking Roundcube to access this email. but my pwd is wrong.
If my Roundcube pwd is wrong, then I have definitely forgotten it. Roundcube has not "forgot my pwd" link. I used to know how to do this.

I've tried going into DirectAdmin, and I changed my pwd, but this pwd doesn't work in Roundcube. Thanks.

The account associated with this forum account is firstly on server x13, and it also have four email accounts (3 that you created in addition to the default one).

You are only allowed one account, so if you have multiple that would be a breach of our ToS.
