Confused about suspension?

You stated the following message when suspending my account, which is a littlte confusing as i have not yet promoted the site nor uploaded much,other than the website script.

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immed.

The only resource that i can think of that may be causing a problem is cron, perhaps you could let me know, and i will try to correct any problems.
