Confused with my Suspension?

Hello Ive got my account suspension today and reason was
"Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts."
I didnt understant what that means I already submit unsuspend ticket but I no wanna this happen again, so could U hel me with this. My acc on free Chopin server

P.S I dont use any scripts or cron jobs on my website.

Are you using WordPress, with the Super Cache module installed by any chances? This is known to use a lot of resources.

I am running a website of links with a simple script which utilizes PHP and MYSQL databases, never had this issue before but suddenly today my account too was suspended for the above mentioned reason. I am 110% sure that I don't use any caching and that my website is definitely not a burden on your CPUS or other system resources. Here check out my website http://www.pwnagetime.net/

it seems this is really becoming a general problem. My site has been on x10 for years, running on the same script (phpld). But all of a sudden, I had the same suspension for high resource usage.
I think the admin needs to check this since it might be an error somewhere either than our sites

My account was suspended again today for same reason. Is it me or is this becoming a regular issue. I am seriously thinking to move to another Free Host. They may not give so many features (which I really don't require) but they won't be down so often.

Please unsuspend yourself manually by first logging in here:

http://x10hosting.com/login.php

Then going to your suspension report page:

http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?suspensionreport

You have two opportunities to manually unsuspend yourself. If this happens a third time, please make another support request here, and an account manager will be able to help you out by identifying what files are causing your high system resource usage suspension.
