Thank you for the complement. In the future, please avoid opening support tickets if you do not actually need support, although I see your account is suspended so I'm guessing this is just a backwards way of asking to be unsuspended...
You were suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you must log into the x10Hosting forums once every 31 days to keep your account active. Posting is never required. I have unsuspended your account this time, but please be advised that you can unsuspend yourself for these types of suspensions in the future.
