connect to cpanel database with navicat on mac

I'm trying to connect to the cpanel database using Navicat on my mac, but I don't think i have the correct parameters.

host name/ IP: http://belardi.x10hosting.com/
Port: 3306
User name: belardi_music

Remote MySQL is disabled on the free servers; anything not running on x10hosting gets blocked at the firewall.
