connecting to ftp

i revived this error message when i am trying to connect to ftp via coreftp( after clicking the ftp auto configuration file)

Can't establish connection --> lislia.com (1).coreftp:21 @ Wed Jan 12 23:30:44 2011 (11004-100)
The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.

still can't connect

with these settings Coreftp shows error message " login incorrect"

what are the correct configuration settings for coreftp

1. u name & pass which i used to login x10hosting.com

OR

2. the uname & pass in the cpanel11(check my attachment)
