Connecting to mysql server [Help]

Hello i have a custion: its on x10hosting possible to acces to mysql with a mysql manager with my pc?

because i want to administrate my mysql databases and users with navicat (a remote mysql manager)

And if its is possible can i know the ip adress to conect to the mysql server? because localhost its just for the applications hosted on x10hosting.
