Connecting to mySQL server

I am making an application form wich I want to read and write date to/from a mySQL database. What server and port do I need to use?

We do not allow external connections to our MySQL Servers on free accounts, If you need external MySQL access, I'd recommend you either upgrade to Paid Hosting (http://x10hosting.com/services) or upgrade to a VPS (can be found in announcements)
