Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server" error

I am trying to access upload site (giveadollar.org.au) with filezilla and keep getting this error. Login details I am using:
Host: ftp.giveadollar.org.au
Username: giveadol@giveadollar.org.au
Password: *******
Port: 21

Can you please advise if I am doing anything wrong
