Connection Blocked Due To Frequent Abuse

I would like to know if it's possible to have this connection unblocked as it is my home connection and I frequently use x10 to host school projects and access them from home. I have read through the Terms of Service and have been made aware that accessing my account while connected to a VPN/Proxy is prohibited. I admit that I have been accessing the site through a VPN, though I was unaware I had it set to enable at boot. I have now corrected the setting and will make sure I am disconnected before accessing the site.

If this problem is not able to be resolved I will understand.
