Connection Error

Hi,

From time to time I get this error message when I try to access my site.

 [B]The requested URL could not be retrieved[/B]

   While trying to retrieve the URL: [URL]http://mycamgirl.x10hosting.com/test.php[/URL] 
 The following error was encountered:

[*] [B] Connection Failed [/B]
[/LIST]
   The system returned: 
[I]    (111) Connection refused[/I]   The remote host or network may be down.  Please try the request again.   
 
  Generated Mon, 26 Jan 2009 09:54:57 GMT by proxy.isp.*****.** (squid/2.5.STABLE6)

If I remove the proxy config from my browser, I get another error:

[B]Connection Interrupted[/B]

The document contains no data.        

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

Normally, few hours later or sometimes only on the next day, it is all working fine.

Is that an ISP issue or a server issue?

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I don't know if unknownstorm got that error while trying to access my site, but now it is working fine. However, I still don't know if it was a server issue or if it was my ISP.
