Connection failed to every MySQL site i have

Yesterday me and some friends were testing a fresh MyBB site just made and everything worked as well.
Then after i decided to make a new MySQL database and make a portal Joomla.
Just when i've hosted all the files, i couldn't go to any site. Forum and installation of Joomla didn't work.
It was just around 17.00 pm (GMT+1)...

I re-tried this morning but still no success. What does this depend? Maybe Apache HTTP down?
Please inform me about the problem so i can inform other my friends.

(i just don't want to give the link of my site in public because it has the installation page and i don't want to remove it until i lost all my work)

Apache is offline.

At this moment we can not do anything about it. It is a problem with cPanel.

Ah ok thanks for the information, i didn't know that Apache has to do with Joomla etc.
