Connection Has Timed Out Error

I can't log into my Wordpress dashboard and the associated blog will not open. I signed up over the weekend and got things working on Monday. Tuesday morning I was able to log in and make changes, but in the afternoon the connection started timing out. This morning it is timing out as well. The site is menswatchreview.x10hosting.com. I can FTP to the server and see my files. The host server is Chopin.
Is there anything you can do to help?

Same problem, I'm on boru, at yesterday evening the connections started to time out, i can't access my site anymore :S
