Connection help.

When i try and connect through filezila it comes up saying login authorisation 502 and critical error. Whats does that mean thanks.

FTP HOST: themafiaexchange.x10hosting.com OR absolut.x10hosting.com
FTP USER: cpanel username
FTP PASS: cpanel pass
PORT : 21
