Connection Interrupted

I been getting Connection Interrupted when i go to my website and its been doing this for a very very long time now. why has it been doing this >.< its been doing then for years! my website is sometimes up and 70% of the time its down and i get Connection Interrupted.

You have to many users on one server It will do not. 1 server can't handle so many requests it make the server very slow even if the cpu usage is low.
