Connection keeps timing out

Connection keeps timing out on my site

Its happening all the time...
Is something wrong with stoli :dunno:?

Its not just me, my friends get it allot too

We're working on Stoli, to get it run smoothly. There are currently some scripts running on the back which may bring some load to the server, and restart apache. We prefer this than taking Apache (HTTP) down.
Please be patient.
