connection problem

i'm having problems with connectiong to ftp. my cpanel. and my site in general. my ftp says it can't find the ip. and my browser keeps giving me the ie was not able to find this page or w/e it is
my account name is blackpsycho.
my server is the stoli server
i just had my account unsuspended about a half hour ago and had no problem accessing it then. as soon as i went to continue ftping stuff to it everything stopped working about half way through my ftping.

There has been numerous posts about this, there is a problem with the absoult server and maybe some of the other servers.

lol thats what i have been doing for almost an hour now.
Edit:
o i read in another posting about a similar problem that the persons ip may have been blocked.. could this be the problem since when i was using my ftp program i was also trying to connect to my cpanel and my account. and then my ftp program kept trying to reconnect when it stopped transferring??
