Connection problem

Hi since yesterday i have an account at you company/service
But I already have an problem it can't open, can't connect to ftp, can't get in the cPanel and everything else.

what is the problem?

I rebooted my pc and deleted all of my coockies and stuff.

Well i don't understand anything in it maybe someone can explane what's going on and maybe can tell me when i can use my site again.
Edit:
Yesterday i could solve the prblem by maken my account with an other domain name.

Now i have the same problem again.
Why this doens't work.
I don't want to chance the donmain name every time!
What to do?
