Connection Refused??

Hello, i created my site today, added my own domain and was online for a few hours but now i cant login to my wordpress or visit the site because i get a 'connection refused' message. Any ideas?

EDIT: if it looks like some FTP clients (Linux) you are newly trying to set up say "connection refused", but others (Windows, Android, iPhone, or whatever else you already set up) do just fine, make sure you don't have it misspelled like x "zero" 4. Use x "oh" 4 instead:
