Connection refused

I was on my site one second and the next it wasn't loading. When I try to pull it up I get a page cannot be displayed error. I checked the dns for my domain and it's still pointing to x10. The ftp is working fine, so I'm not sure what's going on with the web server.

The http headers are telling me this:

Connect to 74.86.133.24 on port 80 ... failed
Error 111: Connection refused

Site is also up for me, this was recorded at 10:51pm (GMT +9.5) Is this issue resolved? If not, post and i will try help out.
