The machine is accesible via ping, but all the services are gone.

Just a blank screen. Been like that for an hour. Recently it doesn't attempt to load, previously it was trying to load (or at least connect), and about 20 minutes ago it did let me log in, only to have "Error" displayed on the Open Cpanel button. That successful login period only lasted 5 minutes.

When I try to login to the control panel for my hosting account I get this: An error has occurred processing your request.

(This may be a different topic, but I just got an email about my account being suspended due to inactivity. I thought that there should be warning emails before suspending the account? I didn't receive any warning emails at all.)

this part:

appears to be resolved now, for both beadsx12 and myself.
we can login on the main sso page fine now.
(i help her from time to time)

any other issues in the original post may or may not be resolved.
