Connection to my site / cPanel / FTP all failing

My connection to my website, cPanel, and FTP account are all failing. Tracert shows the taffic getting all the way to x10hosting but timing out before it makes the last hop to boru.x10hosting.com.

Can you Please help

I was doing a backup of my site via ftp when it went 'down'. Makes sense now - I will throttle my connection from on.
