I've been working with a client for a while and finally got over to handing over his website, I've been working on it offline and on my own x10hosting account, I got him to set up an account and everything went smoothly. However, I needed to make some amendments, so, I logged in to the account and went to upload my zip of the files.
I checked back some time after and the upload didnt finish correctly as there was an issue unzipping, i've had this problem before so simply re-uploaded the zip, however this time round I got logged out of the clients account. When trying to log back in, the page isn't being very responsive, simply it says 'logging in' and 'validating credentials' or something along those lines, every so often the page will flicker and refresh this (without me obviously doing anything on my computer) I have tried this in both Safari and Chrome, as well as on another computer.
How can I go about resolving this?

and then the flickering occurs, or it'll take me to a cPanel log in, where my log in information will be invalid (although it isn't, as i've logged in with root accounts, as well as obviously the email and client password.
