Constant 505 error

Well, i'm getting the 505 error from time to time. At first i tought it was because you guys were working something but its all done. If anyone could check whats wrong with it please...

The error is appearing randomly, i don't really know why. It never happend before the server move.

here's the error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

lol, i wrote 505 error, its a 500 error.....

Ok, i've checked my file permissions, everything is in tact. Files are 644 and directories are 755.
my .htaccess is in tact too, its a server side problem...
