Constantly being suspended

When i get home from work the last few days I have been suspended, I loged into the forums the first day but the next day i still am getting suspended! Why? My cpanel username is longley and my forum username is longley. I know they are linked this just started happening recently.

If this happens again tomorrow can you post in here and ask to be moved to level 2 support?
