Constantly Suspended Account

Hi,

I opened a free hosting plan yesterday to use as part of a university group assignment. I installed a project management system (web2Project). I demonstrated it to my group today and they logged onto it a few hours ago. However, the site becomes inaccessible because of suspension from high activity. I'm not certain where the problem lies, or if it possible to limit our suspensions as it becomes a nuisance for group work.

This is a great service, and I hope to use it more in the future. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have unsuspended your account. You should be able to unsuspend yourself from the account panel next time. This suspension could be because of a high CPU or memory usage. If you would like to know the exact cause, I can escalate this thread and a staff member can give you the log details.
