My account constantly gets suspended. This is the message I receive " You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immed." I do not understand why I am receiving this, as Anything I have installed on my site comes directly from X10hosting's addons, such as Wordpress, and such.

The usual candidate for high resource usage suspensions are caching plugins within WordPress. If you have any WordPress plugins installed, try turning them all off and then reactivate them one-by-one until you hit the limit; this will tell you what combination of plugins are causing these issues and you can them take action to prevent it from happening again.
