The best advice I could give is to implement a definite system of organization. The home page has a lot of items that seem out of place, and a lot of objects seem to be floating around randomly. You may want to resize and move things so that your entire website reaches a consistent width, instead of having wavering page widths.

I'd be a lot more likely to do so if I didn't have to register to see anything other than the homepage.

Aside from adamparkzer's comments, the home pages seems overly green to me. If you'd add a little bit of other colors to it, I feel like it could look a lot better. Also, the little blurb on the left doesn't really tell me much about what kind of RP it is, how it's done, and what exactly it entails.
