[cont.] My SEF (sh404SEF @ Joomla!) was broken just before the servers issues

Sorry, I disable the "sh404SEF" engine, let me turn on, and keep it on to try fix the problem.

Could you post the .htaccess file when you have the SEF enabled?

Try uncommenting the RewriteBase command.
