Contact Form Problem (WordPress Plugin)

When I tested my contact form to see if it would send me email, it did not. I then looked at the mail tab to see if I could spot any errors. I did not see any errors. I tried some other things but they did not work
This is the latest version of what I have:

How to correct this?

spoofing the [ From ] header is not allowed - Emails with the [ From ] header not set with a working Email address that exists and is actually part of your x10hosting's free-hosting account will be silently discarded - you will not receive any notice when it fails

you can not set the [ From ] header to a user's email address or to your own external email address - if you need to easily reply to the emails - then set the [ Reply-To ] header (which can be different from the [ From ] header)

Under email accounts on the cPanel it is there.
It says the following under Account @ Domain
jgblog@jerome1greene.x10host.com

If I do it this way
From [fname lname] <jgblog@jerome1greene.x10host.com>
I get:
This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site
If I do it this way
From [fname lname] jgblog@jerome1greene.x10host.com
I get:
This field has syntax errors

What is the correct syntax for the From field?

I do have a password on it. Should I recreate the email address without the password?

Do you actually have a site URL entered in your WordPress config? That error seems to be coming from WP (or the plugin), not from the system.

WordPress was install with Softaculous software on a free account.
I do not have access to WordPress files under my file manager.
Is there another place I can see my WordPress config file?

There's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't have access to your files in File Manager.

OK, here is the latest. The form is now sending me email. I see by the number of views that there may be a number of people having the same problem. I am going to list the things I did to get the form to work.

I am now on wp 4.6.1 Up date just happened
I deleted contact form 7 and reinstalled it
The From Field looks like this:
[your-name] <wordpress@jeromegreene55.byethost14.com>
I removed [your-name]
The from Field looks like this now:
<wordpress@jeromegreene55.byethost14.com>

In the cPanel under email accounts I created and email called:
wordpress@jerome1greene.x10host.com

I am now receiving email from the contact form
