Content pre-verification

I would like to know if there's any option of submitting my website content and having it pre-verified that it does not violate any of your rules so as to avoid my account being suspended?
I am a newbie in dynamic web development and have great hopes for this project. I trust x10 hosting from the reviews I've gone through, but I've heard that X10 suspend accounts much more than any other service. Thats why.

They do not do that.
Follow the TOS and AUP and you will be okay.
No copyright infringement (ie you own everything you have on the site) and no links to sites that steal stuff and offer it "free"
No Hacking stuff or links to Hacking stuff
No adult material or links to adult material.

If you describe what your site is going to be about, then we can give you an answer. But to check over all your material ahead of time would be too time consuming.

I agree that checking the whole site is tedious. so if i describe my site with focus on how i plan to implement it, can I know if I'm on the safe side?

1.No copyright infringement (ie you own everything you have on the site) : sure, but I use a web template downloaded from some other site, I hope that does not matter

2. no links to sites that steal stuff and offer it "free": could you please give me an example? If you means cracks/keygens and stuff, guaranteed i won't.

3.No Hacking stuff or links to Hacking stuff: I have a problem here. since I have just started php and sql training, i am not good at using database servers for my stuffs and prefer regular text files, which i heard would be suspected of "phishing". what should I do?

4. No adult material or links to adult material. : 100% guaranteed.

this is halfway an educational site, and i guarantee no misuse
