Your hosting stipulates that account in-activity results in suspension if the account is not accessed within one month, having already un-suspended the account once due to what was termed as in-activity I would like an explanation as to why it has now been suspended once again below the one month time frame.

May 22 at 12:20 am suspension You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.

If this is going to be a continued feature of being hosted with x10 then I hereby submit a request to close the account, dont bother with it, I'll host it on my Apache server and just redirect DNS traffic to it, at least that way I wont turn around and find it's suddenly been suspended!?!

The TOS indicates you need to login to your forum account, not the hosting account. That's probably why it keeps suspending you.

 But thats not simplifying it and make it easy to use, that just makes it frustrating, if you are supposed to join the forums and take part in the community actively in order to keep the account rolling then they should stipulate that somewhere and as they dont it just leaves you asking yourself how your supposed to build up web-traffic, develop good stat's etc.

When they say it takes a Month of inactivity then it should mean four weeks not 4 days!?!

So much easier to host it yourself with any name redirect you want. Why would people want to waste their time this way, unsuspended, oh NO! Suspend... Thats just Crap!

I can appreciate that maybe some people are willing to waste their time like that, but not me. Adios x10

you could have asked help or advice here first because it's obvious you did something wrong unsuspending /loggin in wich is probably why it immediately suspended you again, there 's no reason to take part actively on these forums at all ..just logging in and two clicks would be enough (if you do it all correct) on top of that everything is verry much stipulated in my opinion

keep in mind your apache will never be able to handle the traffic x10hosting can and your apache will not be as cheap as a free account ,,,simply because you ld have to keep your computer running 24/7 and will cost a reasonable amount of energy ;-)

A) Mind your language
B) It says quite clearly in the ToS that you agreed to when you signed up that you have to sign in to the forums at least once every 31 days

You have to sign in for about 5 minutes for the system to recognise you.
