Continuous suspension

It says every time my account is suspended that i must log in to the forum, which i do. Every 3 days, my account is suspended again. When i log back into the forum and un-suspend my account, everything goes back to normal. What can i do to stop this from happening?

Before unsuspending your account log into forum. Also after unsuspending...Just read post for some time so that system can mark u as active

any idea how much time i should read the post for?

Its said like 5 mins .. or 10 mins.Stay in forums for 10 mins and just browse thru.I think this is safe

just 5 to 10 min.

login and then check the news section for 10 min then logout by that time the system will recognize the activity

If you aren't looking to stay logged in for 10 minutes, you should be able to navigate to two or three threads, read a post or two, and the system should capture your activity. This can be done in a minute or two and should keep you from inactivity suspension.
