contol panel faild to to login

I can login to my account but when i press \"login to cPanel\" it shows login attempts faild, even after i enter my user name and password.

You need to enter your email id used for creating the account and then the same password as you used to previously.
This is the current setting for anybody to login to their X10 hosting control panel...Their email and the password.

I think the OP is referring to cPanel.

This is work but i noticed strange thing,
first time i changed my password to 14 Characters password and i received same failed to login message then i change it to 8 Characters and it works i dont know if there is any problem with long password.

Passwords are restricted to 8 characters alphanumeric.
