Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

The details of your hosting account are shown on this page. Click on "Login to cPanel" button.

The forum msg stated the outside time to process the moves was 5.7 days. That was on the 21st. Today of course is the 31st.

Is there an update? My site is totally down - non responsive but I am able to get to the cpanel - no problem.

Communication is very important I think.
