control panel error

hi please help me
after login, if i try to go to control panel i receive this error:

Message
Failed to create login token: Login failed. Please refresh the page and try again.. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available


how can i solve?

now i get some information from the error:

All issues that are listed above must be resolved before this error will clear including waiting 24 hours for temporary blocks to expire. I think the rule violation is incorrect... or please... give me more information about it...

the error code you got in your last message is "detected user flooding server with requests"
this is a valid rule breaker causing your temp block.
staff will need to review this.

I only tried to login several times 'couse the first error...

i assume the proper course would have been to report the 1st error as you did,
but wait for staff to reply back instead of attempting to access it again a few more times.
which caused the 2nd error.

but either way staff will need to look into this when they can.
there insnt much the helpers can do to correct this error.
